SCOPE
NIAS (Non-Intensionally Added Substances) are group of chemical traces and which could be found in products or goods of different application, that affect the quality of these goods and impact on people’s life. Usually, those traces of chemicals are not declared by a manufacturer of goods, because they are not supposed to be there. Usually migration of chemicals happen, e.g. from the packaging to the food, or even volatile compounds migration by air into high absorbing materials e.g. textile fibres. In every scenario those chemicals are not considered as a part of the product which makes them hidden from the list.
